Here are some common questions about Penny and Polly

How do I customize my print?

Once you place the print you want into your cart, click on the cart icon and proceed to the check out. There will be a “notes” section on the page that collects your personal information. Simply add all of your desired info (names, colors, etc) in that notes section. If you are in need of extra clarity, you can go to the penny and polly home page and watch the video that explains and shows this process in detail.

Will I receive a proof?

Yes! Every custom order will receive a proof within 12 to 36 hours after purchasing.

How many revisions are included with my purchase?

Penny and Polly will work with you on your print until it is absolutely perfect, so there is no limit on the amount of revisions you can have.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once the proof is perfect and approved of, I move forward with printing and shipping! Standard shipping takes anywhere from 5-10 business days. Any order can upgrade to FEDEX ground shipping for $3 which takes 3-5 business days. Alternately, any order can be upgraded to overnight shipping for $12. I can also make a digital version of any listing for 10% off the printed price.

What material are these prints printed on?

All of my listings are printed on Kodak ENDURA professional photo paper with a fine grain pebble texture. This is professional photo paper so that you always receive the longest lasting and highest quality prints available.

Will the print be framed or unframed?

All prints will arrive unframed in a sturdy mailer, ready to be framed and hung. At this time I do not offer framed prints in order to keep shipping costs low.

What if my print arrives damaged?

This is a very rare occurrence, but in the event that it happens, please notify us and we will send you a new print promptly at no additional charge.

What if my print has an error or typo?

We send a custom proof with each order to eliminate typos or errors. On rare occasions, there may be an oversight, or you may have sent us wrong information. If this happens, we can offer you a reprint for a small fee. If there is a shipping mix up, or the error is solely on our end, we will reprint and ship your order promptly with no additional charge.
